Books I found extremely helpful:

1.  THE METABOLIC TYPING DIET by Wolcott



This is by far the most useful book I have ever read regarding nutrition and your day-to-day diet.  And you don't even need to read the whole book!  Read the first introductory chapters, do the quiz and read about your type.  I know the word "DIET" has a certain stigma nowadays but in this book it is not a diet you go onto for a short amount of time to lose weight ~ it is about your DAY-TO-DAY eating ~ a lifestyle!  LOVE IT, READ IT, DO IT!  Both my husband and I saw changes in our energy, our allergies, moods, etc.

2.  The Metabolism Boosting Diet by Dr. Joey Shulman

3.  The Natural Makeover Diet by Dr. Joey Shulman
